Rabbi Berland, followers celebrate end of house arrest

Shuvu Banim leader Rabbi Eliezer Berland celebrated the conclusion of his house arrest at a Sukkot celebration with his followers in Jerusalem marking the day that Rabbi Nahman of Breslov passed away 207 years ago.
