The District Court for Administrative Affairs in Lod has rejected a petition filed by the companies that own the Power Center complex at the Yarkonim Junction against the decision of the District Planning and Building Committee in the Central District to reject their request for a permit to use the site, which is slated to be removed.
The owners of the complex were also charged 18,000 shekels in court costs.
