The Ministry of Education has decided to summon an elementary school principal in the Israeli Arab city of Umm El-Fahm for a hearing following the posting of a video on social media showing students enjoying songs at a ceremony to start the school year which featured the words, "We are Palestinians and the capital of Palestine is Jerusalem."
