One child was moderately injured and several others were lightly injured in a Sunday-evening explosion at the entrance to a residential building on Ben Zakai Street in Elad, east of Tel Aviv.
Magen David Adom and United Hatzalah paramedics are at the scene. The circumstances are under investigation.
