The Petah Tikva Magistrates Court rejected on Monday the police's request to extend the detention of a boy who was arrested Sunday during the evacuation of an outpost in the Samaria area. He was released on bail and prohibited from meeting with those related to the case, but without further restrictions or house arrest.
In the decision, the judge criticized the police for deviations from the Youth Law during the interrogation and detention.
