Police have issued more than 900 tickets in the past ten days for slow driving in the left lane.
"It is the driver's obligation to maintain the right lane while he is driving. Driving in the left lane disturbs traffic and delays other drivers on the road, since the left lane is designed for overtaking alone," police stated.
