A Jewish youth was arrested a short time ago during the course of the evacuation of a building in an outpost near Har Bracha in Samaria.
Attorney Nati Rom of the Honenu organization is assisting the youth.
Border police and an excavator are present at the site and are preparing to demolish the building.
