IDF Chief Rabbi permits aid delegation to take off for Mexico despite Rosh Hashana

IDF Chief Rabbi Eyal Karim permitted an IDF aid delegation to take off for Mexico, despite the onset of Rosh Hashanah. Prime Minister Netanyahu earlier decided to dispatch an aid delegation after a deadly earthquake killed 250, and will include 50 engineers.
