Prosecutors to indict Jerusalem gang leader along with 3 associates

Prosecutors will indict the head of a Jerusalem-based organized crime racket along with 3 of his associates Wednesday. Police say they planned to harm a Jerusalem resident with whom they had a dispute going back many years.
