The commander of the 138 Patriot battalion which shot down an Iranian drone that drew close to Israeli territory Tuesday afternoon said that the Israeli air defense systems intercepted the drone and prevented it entering Israeli airspace.
The commander added that he and his men were prepared for the coming festival and would continue to protect the citizens of Israel during Rosh Hashanah.
