The Honenu legal-aid organization has filed an urgent complaint with the Department for the Investigation of Police against three detectives from the Judea and Samaria area who were documented abusing a 17-year-old boy during an arrest in Samaria.
The documentation shows that the boy, who was suspected of violating an administrative order, was beaten and brought to the ground, despite the fact that he did not object to the arrest.
