A 17-year-old Jew from Samaria was arrested Monday afternoon by detectives from the Judea and Samaria police near the Samarian Jewish community of Har Bracha on suspicion of violating an administrative order against him.
The Honenu legal-aid organization reported that the police used violence in making the arrest.
