The Supreme Court has rejected a petition against the upcoming lottery in the framework of the Mechir Lemishtaken (occupant or resident's price) program, which will take place tomorrow as planned.
The petition sought a delay in the drawing, saying it discriminated against Series B applicants, including many from the haredi sector. The state argued that a delay would financially harm applicants from Series A.
