The Tax authority published Sunday a manifest calling on the public to comment on the plan to cancel taxes on certain baby items as well as on import of spectacles and contact lenses.
Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon said that "the economic burden on families is huge, and today we have reduced prices on afternoon daycare, baby products and glasses. We will continue to fight price increases in every possible way."
