A new lighting system was inaugurated on the access road to Rachel's Tomb. The project was conducted and initiated by the Civil Administration in conjunction with Central Command.
The memorial day for Rachel will fall in less than two months time and tens of thousands of people are expected to arrive during the day. The new lighting system will assist those coming by foot or by car to the tomb.
