Cable/satellite TV's Channel 20 (The Heritage Channel) has filed a petition against the Cable and Satellite Council, the Ministry of Communications, the Movement for Progressive Judaism in Israel (the Reform Movement) and the Masorti Movement (Conservative Movement), seeking to cancel a 100,800-shekel fine for non-representation of the various movements of Judaism on the channel.
