The Jerusalem Magistrates Court released Tuesday the soldier suspected of raping a young woman over the past weekend, after police agreed to release the soldier.
The soldier was released to house arrest in his parents house, where he will stay under supervision and will not be allowed to use internet for 15 days after apparently publishing online naked pictures of the young woman.
The soldier will post bail of 1000 NIS to ensure that he fulfills the conditions of his release.
