Turkey's Foreign Ministry on Saturday issued a travel warning for Turkish citizens traveling to or living in Germany.
According to the statement, German parliamentary candidates are attempting to prevent Turkey's membership in the European Union, and Turkish citizens have been mistreated at German airports.
The statement also mentioned fires of "undetermined causes" in several of Germany's immigrant neighborhoods.
