According to a plea bargain deal developing with former tourism minister Stas Misezhnikov, the bribery charges against him will be erased and he will plead guilty to breach of trust and fraud.
The prosecution is demanding a jail sentence of over a year, while Misezhnikov agrees to a sentence of less than eight months.
