Japan is planning for a possible mass evacuation of its citizens in South Korea amid ongoing tensions with North Korea, the Japanese magazine Nikkei Asian Review reported on Monday.
"There is a possibility of further provocations. We need to remain extremely vigilant and do everything we can to ensure the safety of our people," Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe was quoted as having said.
