The Jerusalem District Attorney's Office filed an indictment against a 39-year-old resident of Bnei Brak for extortion threats, vandalism, and preparing an offense with hazardous materials.
According to the indictment, he wrote letters of extortion and sprayed graffiti on the homes of atheist figures and members of the Reform Movement.
