The Harhivi Mekom Ohalech organization, together with the residents of Machpela House in Hevron, filed a petition today with the Supreme Court, demanding that they be left in the houses they bought lawfully. This follows the publication of the state's position last week in which it renounced the rights of the residents and said it would remove them.
The petitioners are also demanding proper and impartial administration by the Civil Administration for Judea and Samaria in all matters pertaining to the continued registration of the house.
