The Histradrut , the Paz Ashdod refinery administration and the labor union signed a new labor agreement at Histadrut House in Tel Aviv, after negotiations directed by Histradrut leader Avi Nissenkorn.
Workers will receive a wage increase of 2.1%, partly provided in percentage increases and partly in shekel increases in order to close wage gaps at the refinery. Minimum wages at the installation will increase and 200 workers will be promoted to higher ranks.
