Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Thursday spoke with U.S. President Donald Trump and offered Canada’s assistance in the recovery efforts from Hurricane Harvey.
“The Prime Minister offered his condolences to all those affected by Hurricane Harvey,” said a read out from Trudeau’s office.
