An Israeli citizen arrived at the checkpoint near Peduel in Samaria and reported that near the village of Rafat he had been evicted from his car and the Arabs escaped with the car to Dir Balut.
The driver, a resident of Peduel, also reported that the Arabs attempted to stab him.
