The American pharmaceutical giant Gilead is about to announce the acquisition of Israeli company Kite Pharma for $ 11 billion in cash, the Wall Street Journal reports.
Kite Parma is managed and controlled by Dr. Arie Baldgreen, a former director of Teva, based on knowledge developed at the Weizmann Institute and the American Center for Cancer Research.
