Smartphones fill a significant role in our lives but they may also be dangerous. A Facebook post published Sunday described a case in which a phone caught fire during the night while being charged.
"We awoke screaming to see flames coming from the phone," said Dale Jacob Ross about the incident. "I banged it with a pillow and the burning battery fell out."
