Hadassah Ein Kerem doctors were forced to declare the death of a 13-year-old boy who was critically injured after he was hit by a car at Golda Meir junction in north Jerusalem.
The driver of the car which hit the boy fled the scene and later gave himself in to police. He was arrested and will be arraigned before a judge Friday.
