Police have arrested the driver of the vehicle which seriously injured a 13-year-old boy near the Golda Meir Junction on Thursday and fled the scene.
In less than an hour, the identity of the suspicious driver was revealed and Ramot police found his vehicle in a parking lot near his home in the Halayla neighborhood near Giv'on.
