The leaders of Russia, Ukraine, France and Germany held a phone talk on Tuesday and "decisively" supported a proposed ceasefire in eastern Ukraine, the Kremlin said in a statement quoted by Reuters.
The statement said that the ceasefire is expected to be announced on Wednesday.
