The Tel-Aviv based Dapulse company, which is developing platforms for managing team collaboration in places of work, performed a survey on 10,000 workers in 136 countries where it is active. The company compared worker satisfaction in the various  countries and discovered that Israelis are among the happiest workers in the world, just behind Australia and the Scandinavian nations.

Roi Mann, the director of Dapulse said that worker satisfaction impacts the motivation and utility of workers, who feel more committed and faithful to their places of work and can also serve as their workplace's representatives.
