The Syrian rebel organization Falak al-Rahman, part of the Free Syrian Army, claims that President Bashar Al-Assad's regime has used chemical weapons in the bombing of the Joubar neighborhood in eastern Damascus, according to Yisrael Hayom.
The shelling was part of a general attack by regime forces on the rebel strongholds in the east and center of Damascus.
