North Korea: Guam attack plans will be ready by mid-August

North Korea on Wednesday repeated its threat to attack the U.S. Pacific territory of Guam.

In a statement carried by the state-run news agency KCNA and quoted by The Associated Press, the North Korean military said a plan for the “historic enveloping fire at Guam” will be completed by mid-August, be conveyed to the commander in chief of its nuclear force and then the military would “wait for his order.”
