An earthquake measuring 5.3 on the Richter scale struck 14km southeast of the Turkish resort of Bodrum during the predawn hours of Tuesday morning.
There were no immediate reports of injuries or damage. It comes just a month after two people were killed and hundreds injured when a tremor struck the area between Bodrum and Kos.
