During a patrol on the Herzliya beaches over the weekend, police noticed smoke billowing from the beach.
After conducting searches in the area, police located two soldiers who admitted stealing smoke grenades from their base and throwing them in the region of the beach. The smoke grenades were discovered in the area and more were found in the possession of the soldiers. The two soldiers were transferred to military police for investigation.
