A lawyer for U.S. President Donald Trump said on Thursday he has no information to suggest the president is under federal investigation, following a report that Special Counsel Robert Mueller is using a grand jury as part of his probe into Russia's interference in the presidential election.
"With respect to the news of the federal grand jury, I have no reason to believe that the president is under investigation," the lawyer, John Dowd, told The Associated Press without elaborating.
