Robert Mueller, the Special Counsel in charge of the inquiry into Russian meddling in the U.S. presidential election, has impaneled a grand jury in Washington, people familiar with the matter told The Wall Street Journal on Thursday.
The grand jury, which began its work in recent weeks, signals that Mueller’s inquiry will likely continue for months, the report said.
