The Israel Police announced on Tuesday that they have arrested 94 Arabs in northern Israel over the past two weeks as part of their campaign against the illegal possession of weapons. Police seized a number of guns, grenades, flares, ammunition and drugs during that time.
Police say hundreds of weapons have been seized since the start of 2017. They say shooting incidents in the Arab sector have declined 28 percent during that time.
