Housing Minister Yoav Galant approved a renewal of building in the new community of Hiran in the Negev.
The decision was made following illegal Bedouin seizure of state-owned land in the Negev. One of the goals of the new community is to prevent continuity between Palestinian Arab villages in the southern Hevron region and the Bedouin areas of the Negev.
