The military court of appeals has ruled that Elor Azariya will start his 18-month prison sentence on August 9th, unless he appeals to the Supreme Court, as his lawyer, Yoram Sheftel, has announced.
The court has denied Azariya's appeal of a manslaughter conviction for the death of a wounded terrorist. It also denied a prosecution attempt to increase the sentence to two years.
