The president of the military court of appeals, Doron Peles, is reading out the ruling on the appeal of Elor Azariya and added that "the appellant had a hard time presenting a consistent approach and changed his versions repeatedly.
The judge added that the full version of Azariya's testimony came after numerous different versions, stating that "this demonstrates the lack of credibility and strengthens the proofs of the prosecution."
