The judges in the military appelate court adjudicating the Elor Azariya case have rejected the submission of a clip from the Temple Mount attack by defense lawyer Yoram Sheftel. The clip showed one of the terrorists acting as if he was dead and then trying to attack again.
The judges ruled that this clip could not be submitted as evidence.
