Two-year-old hit by car near Karmiel, badly injured

A 2-year-old child was badly injured when he was hit by a car near the Galilee city of Karmiel. The child was brought to an MDA team on road 85 who transferred him,  sedated and respirated, to the Nahariya medical center.
