An IDF force fired at a suspicious Palestinian Authority resident at the Hamra checkpoint in the Jordan Valley after he failed to obey their calls to stop and tried to flee. The unarmed man was slightly wounded and taken for treatment by the Red Crescent. The incident is under investigation.
