The State Attorney submitted an indictment to the Tel Aviv District Court against 44-year-old Yotam Ben Baruch of Tiberias on multiple counts of rape, sodomy, indecent acts and attempted rape as well as possession of obscene pictures of minors. The crimes were committed against a minor when she was 12-13 years old.
