Route 356 has been reopened to traffic in both directions near eastern Gush Etzion Jewish community of Tekoa and the nearby Palestinian Authority village of Tekua.
The road was closed following clashes that broke out between Arabs and Israeli security forces, after an Arab terrorist was shot to death while trying to stab soldiers.
