Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu dealt for the first time with the submarine deal that had been signed with Germany.
"I am not involved with the submarines. Germany is waiting to see how the investigation in Israel will turn out, and will sign onto the deal after it is over." Netanyahu said.
