Rabbinate clarifies: There is no "black list"

The Chief Rabbinate says a private list was never meant to be any sort of blacklist. Rabbi Shaul Farber, the founder of the ITIM Jewish Life Information Center, rejected the Rabbinate's explanation, saying "The Chief Rabbinate is evading responsibility."
