Beersheva lifeguard to house arrest

The Beersheva Magistrates Court released to house arrest the lifeguard Moshe Barina, who worked in the Beersheva pool where 9-year-old Yaakov Ben-Simon drowned over the weekend.

Barina was arrested on suspicion of causing death by negligence.
