"We condemn the terrorists steps Israel took after the terror attack in Jerusalem today," the Palestinian Authority said. "Closing the Al-Aqsa mosque and preventing Muslims from praying there - is a terrorist decision."
Israel closed off the Temple Mount after three Arab "worshipers" carried out a terror attack on the Temple Mount on Friday morning.
Security forces are currently searching the Temple Mount and its environs for additional terrorists and weapons.
